Of course, dress is important. It is traditionally an important business manner to wear clothes which fit for the atmosphere and show respect to others. However, it is rather inefficient and unproductive to stick to formal clothes throughout 365 days. Sandoll does not have any specific dress code because we respect individuals’ diversity and we want them to exercise their creativity. They can wear clothes which they think are suitable for work, and come to work. What is most important is the work performance by the choice of clothes, not the clothes itself.
